Burton Agnes Jazz & Blues Festival

6th, 7th & 8th July 2012

The 2012 Jazz and Blues Festival is set to be a great success with bands over three days, and performances in the Elizabethan Hall and its beautiful grounds, the festival will offer a diverse range of laid-back entertainment that inspired the Independent to write in 2009 that the Festival was ‘Possibly the most enjoyable jazz concert I've ever attended’

The large stage on the Main Lawn is where the Festival’s main acts will perform. With rolling fields behind the stage and pristine woodland to the side, you couldn’t ask for a more stunning setting.

Families flock to the Burton Agnes Jazz and Blues Festival for the safe, easy-going vibe. Of particular interest to children, is our Children’s Corner with play area; 15 acres of magical gardens to explore including a walled garden with maze, jungle garden and giant games; and a woodland walk with forest creatures to find. We will have face painters and a children’s entertainer during the weekend.

SAFFRON'S ALBUM RELEASED: We are delighted to announce the release of Saffron Byass' debut album "Speak Your Truth" which is available for download on iTunes via the following link http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAlbum?id=489482124&s=143444 . Saffron leaves the festival team to concentrate on her music; given the brilliance of this album and her performance at last year's festival she is set to go far. We wish her all the best and a big thank you for all her involvement since the festival's first year back in 2007.
