Tickets
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets for the 2011 festival will be available soon. You can buy tickets online through this website, by phoning our estate office on 01262 490 324 or by visiting Burton Agnes Hall or its courtyard shops.
When should I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be sent out from the start of May onwards. After the start of May tickets bought by phone or by internet will be sent as soon as they’re purchased and shouldn't take more than a week to arrive. If you pay by cheque please allow 14 days for delivery.
My tickets haven't arrived, what should I do?
If your tickets haven't arrived after 14 days please contact the Estate Office on 01262 490 324 and we'll look into it as a priority.
I can't use the tickets I've bought, can I get a refund?
Sorry, we don't refund or resell tickets that can't be used. You are welcome to pass them to a friend.
What if I’ve lost my tickets?
Sorry, we cannot replace tickets if they are lost so please look after them.
Does my child need a ticket?
Please purchase a concessionary ticket for your child (12-15 years). Families need only buy 1 child (concessionary) ticket, and children under 12 have free admission.
Opening Times
What are the festival opening times?
Friday Campsite open 3pm, Hall Grounds open 6pm, close 12am.
Saturday Gates open 10.30am, close 12am.
Sunday Gates open 10.30am, close 6pm.
Monday Camping closed 12 noon.
What time does the music start?
Music begins on Friday at 6pm, Saturday at 12pm and Sunday at 12pm

What are the facilities like for people with disabilities?
Our stewards will do all they can to help you enjoy the festival. Adapted toilets are available in the courtyard area. The ground floor of the Hall and all the grounds of Burton Agnes Hall are wheel chair accesible. To let us know about any needs you may have please contact the Estate Office on 01262 490 324.
Can I bring alcohol?
Yes, you can bring alcohol to drink in the campsite and grounds, and there will be a well-stocked bar within the Hall grounds.
Can I bring a picnic and chairs?
You are welcome to bring a picnic and chairs. We will also have fabulous food available at the Festival.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, you’re welcome, though please keep your dog on a lead and don’t leave any mess.
Is there a cash machine?
No, there will not be a cash machine on site, though there are banks in nearby Bridlington (7 miles) and Driffield (5 miles). Credit or debit card payments can be made for tickets purchased on the door.
