This Christmas, enjoy carols around the piano at Burton Agnes Hall
Burton Agnes Hall is inviting visitors to enjoy a truly magical Christmas experience. On Thursday 11th December from 5-9pm, visitors can explore the Hall and its grounds at twilight, with twinkling lights around every corner.
Visitors can look forward to seeing the Hall’s stunning Christmas displays, with their customary mix of traditional and contemporary styles. A massive, bountifully decked Christmas tree from the estate’s forest is always a superb feature.
On the evening, the Driffield Middle 8 Singers will billow out festive carols in the Hall, and Simon Cunliffe-Lister will host a grand piano-led carolling singalong in the Great Hall from 8pm.
The Carriage House Cafe will serve festive fare including mulled wine and mince pies, and the Carriage House shop will be open, perhaps for some Christmas present gathering. Inside the Carriage House shop you will find lots of Christmas decorations ready to help festive visitors recreate some of the Burton Agnes Christmas magic at home and the gift shop is ideal for seeking the perfect Christmas present for a loved one.
Please note that there are specific tickets for the late night opening available online now. These are limited and we will not be able to admit anyone without a late night opening ticket. Historic House membership does not include the late night opening.
