You can buy tickets online by clicking the ‘Buy Tickets’ button on the right hand of this page. You can also phone us on 01262 490 324 or visiting our admissions horsebox in Burton Agnes Hall’s stableyard.

When should I receive my tickets?

I can't use the tickets I've bought; can I have a refund?

Other Questions

What are the facilities for people with disabilities?

Our stewards will do all they can to help you enjoy the Festival. Accessible toilets are available in the courtyard area and in the woodland adventure playground. The ground floor of the Hall and all the grounds of Burton Agnes Hall are wheelchair accessible. To speak with us about any additional needs you may have, please contact the Estate Office on office@burtonagnes.com or 01262 490 324.

Can I bring alcohol?

There will be a well-stocked bar with real ales, chilled wines, cocktails made to order, and soft drinks among other refreshments. We would be most grateful if you’re able to enjoy our bar to support the Festival, any proceeds of which keep Burton Agnes Hall thriving for future generations of visitors! And yes, you may bring alcohol to drink in the campsite and grounds if you prefer.

Can I bring a picnic and chairs?

There will be great food on the Food Lawn, including woodfired pizzas and ice creams, and a vintage tea tent with home baked treats, barista coffees and teas. We would be really grateful for your support of our Festival through these. You are welcome to bring a picnic and chairs, too.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, you’re welcome, though please keep your dog on a lead and don’t leave any mess. Please don’t take your dog into the woodland adventure playground.

Is there a cash machine?

No, there will not be a cash machine on site, though there are banks in nearby Bridlington (7 miles) and Driffield (5 miles). Credit or debit card payments can be made for tickets purchased on the door.
